We are incredibly proud to share that Darien Schwarz, Grade 11, has been selected to represent South Africa at the Junior African Fencing Championships in Dakar, Senegal, taking place later this month.
Despite the challenges and the heat, we embraced the sunshine and shared plenty of laughs along the way! Stronger bonds were built and great memories made — one unforgettable camp.

Our new first graders were warmly welcomed with a theatre performance by the Grade 4 learners. A special highlight was Was-Was, our school mascot, who proudly received his very own “Zuckertüte”. We wish all learners, our new colleagues, and the DSJ families a wonderful start to the new school year.
A joyful start to the new year! The children were happy to see their friends and teachers again and to meet new faces. With crafting, playing, singing, dancing, mini golf, Lego building, and many other activities, there was fun for everyone. A truly successful day!
Our Prefect Team enjoyed a meaningful time at camp filled with team-building, fun and games, reflection, and inspiration as they prepared for the year of leadership ahead. There was great excitement when Nikolaus paid a visit to the Regenbogen-Kids, arriving on his bright red motorbike! He even helped push Frau Döring’s tuk-tuk up the steep garden path. The children had a wonderful time, filled with joy and eager anticipation of the upcoming festive season.
