In 2024 48 candidates wrote the NSC and 22 the Combined NSC-Abitur. All 70 candidates passed the NSC and/or the combined NSC-Abitur. 69 candidates have met the requirements for further study at a university and one candidate received a diploma pass. From the combined stream, all 22 candidates have obtained the minimum requirements to study for a bachelor’s degree either at a South African tertiary institution or at a tertiary institution in those countries that recognise the German International Abitur.
